Your credit card is your “ticket” to the event (offered by artists or promoters on select events only).

Delivery

Have your tickets delivered to your desired location (available only for specific events and locations). Tickets will be delivered within 48 hours from the date of purchase. You will need the cell phone number or email address provided at the time of purchase to show your email/text confirmation in order to receive your ticket/s. OR you may show the credit card used along with a government issued identification.

Will Call

Pick up your tickets at the event; you’ll need the cell phone number or email address provided at the time of purchase to show your email/text confirmation in order to receive your ticket/s.

Retail Pickup

Pick up your tickets at your convenience at one of our designated pick up locations. You will need a government issued photo id (driver’s license, passport, voter’s id) to collect ticket/s purchased. Tickets will not be issued without identification.

Refund Policy

Cancelled Events

You’ll get an automatic refund for tickets bought online using your purchase payment method. (We refund all fees EXCEPT Delivery and Service Charges.)

Rescheduled Events

We’ll contact you with the new date and time. If you can’t make the new date, we will give a refund upon request. (We refund all fees EXCEPT Delivery and Service Charges.)

Refunds

All tickets for events are refundable from 72 hours after date of purchase up until 1 week before the event. (We refund all fees EXCEPT Delivery and Service Charges.
